What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?:

I first became involved with the Iditarod because we have a cabin in Willow where we would always watch the start of the Iditarod, and then this year my dad was able to get me involved through volunteering and helping.

What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?

I’m here today and involved with the Iditarod because I’m here to do chip checks for the dogs.

Tell me about your most memorable Iditarod experiences?:

One of my most memorable Iditarod experiences was watching from our cabin with my family.

What do you know for sure?:

One thing I know for sure in life is I want to pursue my education to further be able to help animals in the future.
