What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?:

BECAUSE I LOVE THE IDITAROD. MY WIFE GOT ME INVOLVED IN 2008 BY SENDING ME UP HERE AS A SPECTATOR. I BECAME A VOLUNTEER AT MCGRATH. AND JOANNE POTTS ASKED ME TO COME BACK IN JUNE. SO SHE WAS MY FIRST REAL CONTACT. AND I’VE BEEN HERE TWICE A YEAR EVER SINCE.

Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:

LAST YEAR AT IDITAROD CITY WITH JIM PAULUS IT WAS THE SMOOTHEST CHECKPOINT I EVER WORKED AT. IT WAS A LOT OF WORK, BUT IT WAS VERY, VERY FULFILLING.

What do you know for sure?:

I KNOW I KNOW THE LORD AS MY SAVIOR.
