What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?:

WELL, I’M HERE TODAY BECAUSE I AM ON A COLLEGE SPRING-BREAK MISSION TRIPS. AND THIS WAS AN OPPORTUNITY THAT I HAD THAT I JUST COULDN’T PASS UP. IT’S BEEN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ME. AND I’M GETTING TO SHINE THE LIGHT OF JESUS JUST BY HELPING TELL PEOPLE WHERE TO PARK AND GIVING PEOPLE FRIENDLY SMILES AS MUCH AS I CAN THROUGH THIS FACE MASK.

Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:

I THINK YESTERDAY. WE WERE HELPING SET UP THIS WHOLE AREA. IT WAS JUST A REALLY FUN EXPERIENCE. HAD TO KEEP THE POSITIVITY GOING ALL DAY LONG BECAUSE WE WERE ALL CONFUSED. AND ESPECIALLY TODAY, WE’RE NOT SURE WHAT WE’RE DOING. BUT IT’S JUST BEEN A VERY INTERESTING EXPERIENCE. I’VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE.

What do you know for sure?:

I KNOW FOR SURE THAT I HAVE JESUS AND HE’S TAKING ME ON CRAZY ADVENTURES.
