What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?:
BECAUSE I RAN SO MUCH LAST YEAR. IT’S KIND OF A SHAME TO NOT GO AND DO IT AGAIN AND KIND OF IMPROVE UPON WHAT YOU KNOW. I’M RUNNING A DIFFERENT TEAM THIS YEAR, SO WE’LL RUN A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENTLY. BUT IT’S JUST SUCH A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE, TOO, TO BE OUT WITH THE DOGS AND OUT THERE FOR TEN TO TWELVE DAYS. IT JUST CHANGES YOUR LIFE.
Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:
PROBABLY GETTING THROUGH THE GORGE IN ONE PIECE. IT WAS EXCITING. AND I WANTED TO, LIKE, SHOUT FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOPS THAT I HAD MADE IT OUT, YOU KNOW. AND WE DID FINE. I WAS REALLY HAPPY TO GET THROUGH THERE. AND IT WAS FUN IN ITS WAY.
What do you know for sure?:
