What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?:

THERE IS SO MUCH THAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK. I LOVE THE PEOPLE, I LOVE THE DOGS. I LOVE THE MUSHERS. IT’S AN EXCITING SPORT. AND JUST THE EXPERIENCES OF BEING ON THE TRAIL JUST REALLY KEEPS ME GOING.

Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:

MOST MEMORABLE WAS ONE OF MY FIRST YEARS IN YENTNA. I WAS AT THE OUTSHOOT AND I WAS BY MYSELF. AND THE NORTHERN LIGHTS CAME OUT. AND DAN SEAVEY CAME AND STOOD AND WE JUST TALKED AND WATCHED THE NORTHERN LIGHTS TOGETHER. IT WAS PRETTY SPECIAL.

What do you know for sure?:

I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING FOR SURE.
