What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?:
I got involved with Iditarod through the Alaska Anchorage mission. We love helping out people and serve them. two hours every day. So that’s why I’m here.

What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?:
I am here today and involved with, Iditarod because of the straw chop that I’m doing. although, it seems like a simple job of just stapling bags, I know that,  it’s going somewhere really important to help out the mushers. And what’s going on in the race? So every effort counts.

Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences?:
One of my most memorable IDITAROD experiences was that I had this opportunity to be pulled aside and to talk more about my feelings on what the IDITARod is. And you know, if it’s important, it’s great.

What do you know for sure?:
What I know for sure in this life is, is that my heavenly father loves me.
