What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?:

I got involved with the Iditarod a couple of years ago when I was working on the train. That’s when I first learned about the Iditarod and then through working at Regal, I got to know Mark Nordman, so this is my first full year that I’m going to really be involved and see what’s happening.

What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?
I’m here today and involved with the Iditarod because I really just wanted to see the inner workings. It’s such a huge race and so many people don’t see what goes on behind the background and I like to be involved and I like the dogs and getting to know everybody.

Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences?:

I got involved with the Iditarod a couple of years ago when I was working on the train. That’s when I first learned about the Iditarod and then through working at Regal, I got to know Mark Nordman, so this is my first full year that I’m going to really be involved and see what’s happening.

What do you know for sure?:
One thing I know for sure in life is that life is a journey meant to be happy with, and happiness is what makes the journey worth it. So have fun, you enjoy, and your happiness abounds.
