What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?

I first become involved with Iditarod last May. I did an application form to be here and I was accepted. And well I started to do is lead the races, because my chief in Spain, he does mushing which is not very common there, of course. And after I jump to Scandinavia to do some races, Finnmarksløpet, Bergerylopet, Amundsen race, and well finally decide to come to Iditarod and now complete.

What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?

I’m here today and involved with Iditarod because I love nature. I love dogs. And to be here is like run with the musher. So I’m very happy to be part of this.

Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences.

One of my most memorable Iditarod experience was to be here just doing this interview in my first year as a rookie. To, I don’t know, the picture with Jeff Schultz and this interview is very, very important for me. And I’m very happy with this. Thank you.

What in life do you know for sure?

What I know for sure in life is you will regret the things you don’t do.
