What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?
I first became involved with Iditarod with Spencer Poppy and the trail break crew. They were short on some folks and needed an extra hand.
What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?
I am here today involved with Iditarod because the trail break crew needed some extra hands and sounded like a great adventure and a great way to see Alaska, which I haven’t seen this part of it.
Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences.
One of my most memorable Iditarod experiences was the trip down from Rainy Pass down through the Dalzell Gorge and heading into Rohn was just amazing geography and change in terrain through that section.
What in life do you know for sure?
What I know in life for sure is that after every turn, every corner, and every hour it’s going to change and it’s going to change pretty quickly and sometimes pretty drastically.
