OH, IT’S JUST A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE. TAKING CARE OF THE DOGS; THE PEOPLE; THE VOLUNTEERS; THE FRIENDS YOU MEET HERE. IT’S JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:

OH, THERE’S JUST BEEN SO MANY. IT’S HARD. AFTER 12 YEARS YOU’VE DONE A LOT AND SEEN A LOT. I’D HAVE A HARD TIME COMING UP WITH JUST ONE. THAT’S FOR SURE.

What do you know for sure?:

OH, FOR SURE I KNOW I’M NOT GOING TO BE HERE FOREVER SO I MIGHT AS WELL DO THE BEST OF WHAT I CAN DO WHILE I’M HERE, SO I ENJOY LIFE NOW.
