What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?:
WE ARE HERE, AS I SAID, TO AID MISSION ALASKA. THE MAIN FOCUS OF THAT IS JUST TO SHOW PEOPLE THE LOVE OF CHRIST. WE WANT TO HELP THEM OUT. WE WANT TO BE THERE IF THEY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. WE WANT TO SHARE THE STORY OF CHRIST WITH AS MANY AS WE CAN.
Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:
WELL, WE JUST GOT BACK FROM TAKING A DOG SLED RIDE. THAT WAS FAIRLY MEMORABLE. ACTUALLY, THE WHOLE THING HAS BEEN MEMORABLE BECAUSE WE’RE FROM TEXAS: THIS IS NOT SOMETHING WE SEE EVERY DAY.
What do you know for sure?:
I KNOW WHERE I’M GOING WHEN I DIE. I’LL BE IN HEAVEN WITH CHRIST.
