WELL, SUPPORTING IDITAROD AND SUPPORTING THE LAST GREAT RACE ON EARTH. AS A PAST MUSHER, I CAN APPRECIATE THE RACE. I RAN IT TWICE. AND I’M OUT HERE EVERY YEAR WITH MY AIRPLANE SUPPORTING THE RACE AS LONG AS I CAN. AND WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT IDITAROD? WELL, MY WIFE HAS RUN IT AND I’VE RUN IT AND, YOU KNOW, IT’S A CLOSE FOLLOWING OF OURS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. SO WE JUST LOVE IT. WE LOVE THE DOGS, WE LOVE ALASKA, AND THE WILDERNESS.

Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:

FINISHING THE RACE. GETTING IN TO NOME IN 1994 AFTER MY FIRST FINISH IN IDITAROD.

What do you know for sure?:

I ONLY HAVE SO MANY YEARS LEFT, THAT’S WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE.
