What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?

I first became involved with the Iditarod after mushing for about 10 years and doing a half a dozen Yukon Quests. I decided it was time to try the other thousand-mile race.

What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?

I am here today and involved with the Iditarod because I fed and ran the dogs the rest of the winter, I might as well show up for the race.

Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences.

One of my most memorable Iditarod experiences was last year during the race, when I had the pleasure of coming across a group of a buffalo in the burn, which doesn’t happen to too many different mushers. It was really exciting, and the dogs loved it.

What do you know for sure?:

What I know for sure in life is that everything breaks.
