BECAUSE I WORKED TOO DAMN HARD TRYING TO GET IT STARTED.

Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:

I DON’T KNOW. BREAKING TRAIL IN ’74, ’75, ’76 WITH A DOG TEAM TO KALTAG. IT TOOK A WHOLE WEEK. AND 10 HOURS TO COME HOME.
