What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?

We’re here helping Ryan Redington, my husband and I. It’s our first year here.

What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?

Malcolm and I decided for our belated honeymoon, that we needed to come here. But also, it’s my 50th birthday, earlier in the week. Because the Iditarod was 50, I thought, “We definitely had to come this year.”

Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences.

Our most memorable experience from the Iditarod was being in the finish chute when Ryan came home. For me, I had Dallas and Brent, either side of me, chatting to me as we were waiting to come in. So that was pretty cool. Then Malcolm rode Ryan’s sled out of the chute, so that was all very exciting.

What in life do you know for sure?

All right, so what in life do I know for sure? If you can’t do you, who will?
