What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?:

TODAY I’M HERE JUST TO KIND OF SEE EVERYBODY, YOU KNOW, RENEW ACQUAINTANCES, TO TRY AND FIND PEOPLE TO TAKE ON THE TRAIL.  I’M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO GO ON THE TRAIL AND I FIGURED EVERYBODY HANGS OUT HERE.  I JUST LOVE BEING PART OF IDITAROD.  I’M NOT A DOG PERSON, BUT IT’S SUCH AN IMPORTANT PART TO THE STATE. I THINK IT’S JUST FANTASTIC.

Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:

I THINK JUST TO GET EVERYTHING ORGANIZED AND TO REALIZE THAT EVERYBODY’S GOING TO HAVE A GREAT RACE.  MY JOB IS TO WORK IN THE BACKGROUND AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING’S TAKEN CARE OF; THAT THE MUSHERS DOING HAVE TO WORRY; THAT THE PEOPLE DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT THE MUSHERS ARE UP TO.  I REALLY LIKE DOING THAT.

What do you know for sure?:

I KNOW NOTHING FOR SURE.
