What are his/her unique personality characteristics?
SO, KNOX IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN HIS BROTHER POLAR. KNOX HAS BEEN MY MAIN LEADER EVER SINCE HE WAS A YEARLING. HE’S SUPER DRIVEN. HIS DESIRE TO CHARGE DOWN THE TRAIL AND SET A FAST PACE IS PRETTY MUCH UN-MATCHED BY ANY OF OUR OTHER DOGS. HE IS – WE TRY NOT TO HAVE ONE DOG IN THE TEAM THAT WE REALLY RELY ON, BUT HE IS FOR SURE A KEY DOG IN THIS YEAR’S RACE AND HAS BEEN THROUGHOUT MY RECENT RACING CAREER. HE’S A VERY, VERY SOLID LEADER AND VERY CONFIDENT.
What is that litter’s “theme” name and other siblings’ names from that litter?
YEAH, POLAR IS ACTUALLY POLAR GOLD MINE. AND ALL THE DOGS IN THAT LITTER ARE AFTER DIFFERENT MINES IN ALASKA. SO THE FORT KNOX GOLDMINE, THE FORTY-MILE MINE, THE AMBLER MINING DISTRICT, AND THEN POLAR MINE.
What is the bloodline?
THESE GUYS HAVE PEPPY FROM DOUG SWINGLEY ON THEIR MOTHER’S SIDE. AND THEN ON THEIR FATHER’S SIDE IS ACTUALLY A PRETTY INTERESTING DOG FROM BRENT SASSES’ WINNING YUKON QUEST TEAM OF 2015. THEIR DAD IS BASIN, WHO WAS HIS MAIN LEADER IN THAT RACE.
