What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?
I first became involved with the Iditarod through a friend of mine. He’s come up here for several years filming the race documentary on the trail, and I’m getting to join this year and tell the stories of the racers and the teams.
What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?
I’m here today and involved with the Iditarod because I like telling stories and having adventures, and this is an awesome combination of the two. I get to tell amazing stories while experiencing some crazy wilderness.
Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences:
One of my most memorable Iditarod experiences has been interacting with the mushers. Everyone’s been super nice, super excited about what they do, and it’s just rubs off on you and I’m pumped to get on the trail.
What in life do you know for sure?
What I know for sure in life is that things go by very fast. You have to enjoy as much as you can while you have the time.
