What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?
I got involved with Iditarod in 2001. I was looking for a job in the wintertime, so I volunteered first to sales and later on other jobs where they need me.
What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?
Today I’m here with the Iditarod because I love to do field trips with the teachers and if they have space in the bus I can drive with them for some dollar.
Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences:
One of my most memorable Iditarod experience, I don’t have a special one. I love all the things around Iditarod. The ceremonial start, restart, finishing Nome. All the things between you can do. It’s great.
What in life do you know for sure?
Even if I’m an old lady, and need nursery.
