What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?

Well, my first involvement with the Iditarod came with Robert Sorlie first won in 2003, and it was all over national media in Norway. That’s when I first got interested in.

What is your Why?..Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?

Just because I loved the outdoors. It seemed like the ultimate race across the wilderness and it was just incredibly intriguing.

Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences?

I think one of my most memorable Iditarod experiences was yesterday when I hit Rainy Pass right at first light. And the moon was still out, and the sun just started coming out right as I was on top of the pass.
