What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?:

I first became involved with Iditarod this year. It’s my rookie season.

What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?

 

I am here today and involved with Iditarod because last summer when I was through Wasilla and Anchorage and the entire state, we thought it would be a cool idea to put in our applications and see if we could be a part of this amazing race.

Tell me about your most memorable Iditarod experiences?:

One of my most memorable Iditarod experiences was seeing firsthand the amount of effort and love that goes into these animals and these teams, and how it really, truly brings really a world together…

What do you know for sure?:

What I know for sure in life is this is a Stu Nelson thing, is everything, and everyone is going to die, but we can have fun while we’re doing it.
