Preacher’s personality, he is the teacher’s pet. He loves to learn new things. He picked up his commands very, very quickly as a leader. He’s very, very driven. He is really amazing to watch him learn, or you can see kind of exactly how his brain is working and just kind of the gears turning in his head, so that’s a lot of fun.

What is that litter’s “theme” name?…and other siblings’ names from that litter?

Preacher’s litter was sort of a cowboy theme. His brother is Rooster, so he and Rooster were named after some John Wayne characters, their sisters, Boots and Riata, some other kind of cowboy western theme.

What is the bloodline?

Preacher’s mom comes from Brenda Mackey’s Kennel, so primarily her lines. And then his dad is from Jenny Roddewig, which is mostly some old Martin Buser lines from some kind of rescue dogs that my mentor had gotten years and years ago and bred and developed into his team.
