What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?:

I got involved with the Iditarod this year and it’s through Alaska Excursions Caravan, so we’re actually up here with a group.

What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?

 

I am here today and involved with the Iditarod because it is a new adventure. It’s going to be something I’ve never done before and I’m excited to be here and meet these incredible people.

Tell me about your most memorable Iditarod experiences?:

One of my most memorable Iditarod experiences just happened with the auction of the Iditaride. It was so cool reading about the mushers and Millie, who I get to ride with. I’m just so excited about that. So the greatest memory is about to take place.

What do you know for sure?:

What I know for sure in life is we are simply spirits in a body that never die and we continue on and that it is just so cool to be with the light and energy here at the Iditarod.
