What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?

I first got involved with iditarod because I was involved with sled dogs in the lower 48. And when I got to Alaska, I really wanted to be involved with the iditarod.

What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?

What kept me coming back? I started getting more and more dogs and I was helping a lot of the mushers. And finally I decided to run the race and I ran it a couple of times.

Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences.

My most memorable iditarod experience was being beaten by Susan Butcher, Libby Riddles, and DeeDee Jonrowe.

What do you know for sure?:

I know I’ll never be the man my mother was.
