What, who or how and when did you first get involved with the Iditarod?
I became first involved with Iditarod with my sister, Karen Boyko. She came up here two years ago and found out that she could volunteer. So we had both heard of the Iditarod when it first started. So that is always stuck in our minds.
What is your Why? Why are you here TODAY and involved with the Iditarod?
I am here today and involved with the Iditarod because it’s the Last Frontier.
Tell me about just one of your most memorable Iditarod experiences.
One of my most memorable Iditarod experiences was meeting the mushers today.
What do you know for sure?
What I know for sure in life is there’s nothing for sure. My grandfather used to always greet everybody with, “What do you know for sure?” And that would carry on a conversation.
